We will learn how to make both an egg dough and a semolina dough. Attendees can expect to bring home a box or two of pasta they've made themselves with directions on the best ways to prepare and serve to share. Everyone will also get their own gnoochi board so they can share their knowledge for years to come. We will enjoy a light pasta snack to pair with the delicious brews and spirits of Whitechapel Projects. @bees_pasta_co
